AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Manny Fuerte ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website https://mannyfuerte.com and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). You can contact us at manny@mannyfuerte.com.

By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by updating the "Last updated" date above.

OUR SERVICES

Manny Fuerte offers online fitness coaching and nutrition programs for mothers, including digital workout plans, meal guides, and group coaching courses delivered via Kajabi. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program. Services are for personal, non-commercial use only.

USER ACCOUNTS

A Kajabi account will be created when you purchase. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at manny@mannyfuerte.com. You may not sell or transfer your account to another person.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are in US dollars. You agree to provide accurate and current payment information.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Club Fuerte is offered as a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month until cancelled. To cancel, contact us at manny@mannyfuerte.com before your next billing date.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Contact manny@mannyfuerte.com with any concerns.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to: use the Services to advertise or sell your own goods or services; sell or transfer your account; share, reproduce, or distribute any course content, workout plans, or meal plans without our written permission; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services — including text, graphics, images, and course materials — is the property of Manny Fuerte and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission. To report copyright concerns, contact manny@mannyfuerte.com.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results from our programs vary based on individual effort and other factors. We make no guarantees regarding specific results.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manny Fuerte's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the one month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Contact us first at manny@mannyfuerte.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in California. We agree to pay arbitration fees if deemed excessive. Any court litigation shall take place in California.

TIME LIMITATION ON CLAIMS

Any claim arising from use of the Services must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
